Sprout Social supports Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and Google .
Cons: Every so often it seems to drop one of my accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Linked In) but doesn't alert me until the post has failed.
Overall: Everything can be maintained from one place.
Overall: Streamlining process of team-managing our social media interactions. Big win to invite larger groups rather than paying by the "seat" as previous models and other services demand. Our clients will not pay every month for each social listener.
The approval process and analytics go beyond what is available in the native platforms which is essential for business use. Moreover, our agency needs to use this as a way to earn new business.
It makes your job so much easier when you are managing social media.
Pros: Very easy to use and intuitive for new users.
Really appreciate the transparency and openness to our "wish list." We feel comfortable sharing our ideas and knowing they are going to the right people for consideration.
Cons: The current features are enough for our day-to-day work, but there are a few we'd like to see added (Pinterest, downloading comments for winner selection on IG posts, scheduling IG stories, etc.) Pros: Great user interface.
Having one clear place we can consistently use to see incoming engagement at one place has been amazing.
Metrics to evaluate what's working and not working has been a critical tool for us as well to make adjustments for strategies.
We did not have to do a formal training and most team members jumped right in with using the tool.
